Section 1: Return policy

1. HOUSE OF ZOE strictly follows No Return No Exchange Policy.

2. If you receive order with items not in its original condition or are damaged then you can return it to HOUSE OF ZOE immediately after receiving.

3.      If you choose to return order then you will need to inform us by calling or sending e-mail. Please mention clearly why you would like to return your order.

4.      HOUSE OF ZOE  E-Store will only accept return for purchase made from HOUSE OF ZOE e-Store.  Similarly HOUSE OF ZOE  stores and outlets will not accept any purchase made from E-Store.

5.      All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our HOUSE OF ZOE  Online warehouse.

6.      If we found that the articles were washed, used, are damaged or not in its original state then we will not consider the return.

7.      We will not consider the return if customer sends it without notifying HOUSE OF ZOE  E-Store by calling or by sending an e-mail.

8.      Please return all the articles in their original packing.

9.  Note that on return customer will have to bear shipment.

Section 2: Refund policy

Currently we do not support refund policy for Cash on Delivery Method. See exchange policy.

Section 3: Exchange Policy

1.      Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange same article for different size.

2.      Sale Items cannot be Exchanged.

Section 4: Lost Shipment Policy

1.      Shipment will be considered lost if the customer does not receive it within 20 days of date of dispatch and our courier service has no record regarding its receiving.

2.      In case of Lost shipment customer must acknowledge via email with complete order detail.

3.      We will set an inquiry regarding your claim.

4.      If after inquiry it is confirmed that your claim is justified then full amount against your order will refunded (In case of non COD order).

Section 5: Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
